How to Access FMX On Demand Online:
To access FMX On Demand, you need the access code that was sent to you from FMX On Demand. If you purchased before the meeting, your access code was sent during the meeting. If you purchased after that, your access code was sent immediately after purchase.
If you do not receive your receipt with the access code, please check your Junk Mail for an e-mail. If you need your access code resent, please contact support@OnDemand.com and provide the e-mail address that you used to purchase FMX On Demand .
Once you click on your access link, you will be prompted to register and create a username/password.
Returning Visitors to FMX On Demand online:
On subsequent visits, you do not need your personalized access link. You can simply go to FMX.OnDemand.org and click Existing Customers, Login in the upper right corner. Enter the username and password you created.
Forgot your username or password?
You can use the Forgot username/password functionality on the log-in page. Enter the email address that you used when you registered your FMX On Demand and we will send your username and instructions on resetting your password. For security reasons, passwords cannot be emailed.
On subsequent visits, you do not need your personalized access link. You can simply go to FMX.OnDemand.org and click Member Login or Nonmember Login. Members will need to use their FMX username and password via AAFP.org.
How to use the USB Drive:
To begin viewing sessions, insert the USB Drive into the USB Port of your PC or Mac computer.
Close any automatic prompts (such as “AutoPlay”) that you receive upon connecting the USB drive to your computer.
Open My Computer and select the USB Drive, then double click Play.
Double click on the USB Drive icon which will appear on your desktop and then double click Play.
This product is designed to allow you to view the video presentations with audio as if you were in the room. You cannot download videos. You can download audio-only MP3s from the online version only. Please see the FAQ in the online version for more details.
If you do not have Silverlight or an HTML5 compatible operating system/browser, you may need to be online the first time you use the USB drive. To download Silverlight, go to www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight. Once you download Silverlight, the USB product can be used without an Internet connection.
